After hearing about a great experience from a colleague I decided to look into refinancing my own home. I reached out to James Willard directly based upon the personal referral received. From beginning to end this was an extremely pleasant process. I chose to refinance from a 30 year to a 15 year mortgage. Our rate was so great that it was only a $300 difference per month AND the amount saved in interest was completely worth it. I did not have to put down any cash as James worked everything into the financing of the loan. This entire experience started my wheels turning and we are now going to pay more toward the principal to pay off our home in 10 years. The process was quick. James was able to walk me through a pre-qualifying process and he knew his stuff. Everything else was simply a formality after that. Everyone was very communicative and I was even able to close from the comfort (and safety) of my own home via a Zoom call. I'm telling everyone that I know about this!!!! This was for sure the find of 2020 for me!!!!!!!!

James is excellent at his job. He was always professional, but super friendly, and always responded promptly to emails, calls and texts. He was available to explain everything patiently and would text me if he had time-sensitive emails I needed to be looking out for. Little things like this make the process of refinancing less intimidating. James also got me the best rate at the best deal in the least amount of time. I did tons of research and talked to many lenders and none of them came close to what James could get. It was also super fast. Less than a month from start to closing. I am supremely grateful for James' guidance and would definitely recommend him highly.
